For security reasons, routers normally do not allow access to your internal network. Please read your router manual and your MOBOTIX camera manual regarding external camera access, port forwarding, DynDNS, etc. When using wireless networks (WiFi, 3G/4G) on mobile devices, connection quality can vary and the connection may even fail completely. This means that some events, such as ringing the doorbell, will be transmitted later or not at all. MOBOTIX therefore recommends to also use a cable-based intercom system (such as MxDisplay). Firmware on T26 was updated Dec 2025 ### 3/5 — Mediocre *2025-05-04, version 2.7.3* Did work for some years, after last updates iOS no more push sounds. Useless app since that moment. Gracias ### 4/5 — Recherche direkt über Nas notwendig *2024-12-15, version 2.7.3* Liebes Mobotix Team, bei mir läuft die App an sich sehr stabil, nur durch die Recherche über den Umweg der Kameras macht die Recherche leider sehr sehr langsam obwohl der Server im LAN mit GBit angebunden ist. Könnte eine Funktion wie im MxManagementCenter hinzugefügt werden, sodass man seine NAS direkt in der App angeben kann und bei der Recherche die App einen direkten Zugriff auf die Nas ermöglicht und somit die Performance vom Server nimmt? Abfrage der Live Images, wenn man unterwegs ist, trotz 5G nicht möglich. ### 1/5 — Stürzt ab/ lässt sich nicht öffnen *2024-10-06, version 2.7.3* Seit dem iOS 18 Update funktioniert die App nicht mehr. Die App startet nicht mehr bzw. stürzt diese direkt beim starten wieder B. Auch das neue Update der App hat den Fehler nicht behoben. ### 4/5 — Funktioniert nicht mit iOS18. Update: wurde gefixt *2024-10-04, version 2.7.3* App schließt sich sofort nach dem Öffnen wieder. Neuinstallation der App ohne Erfolg. Update: Bug wurde gefixt. Dennoch enttäuschend, dass das erst mit dem Release von iOS 18 auffällt und Mobotix die eigene Software nicht für neue iOS Releases vorzubereiten scheint.
