Tried countless times to connect my Ticwatch 3 Pro Ultra with my IPhone 15 Pro. On the watch is required to connect using Mobvoi App. In the Mobvoi App is asking to connect to Wear OS firstly then “ try again”. Huge frustration as I have a watch which not even able to start and use. Overall you have 3 stars but I think is just a mistake. Twi different App but both useless. I would give -5 but impossible. This month I was going to purchase my next watch using these points when BAM! They’re gone! When I try to view the points the page doesn’t load up. This happens on both operating systems and I’m not the only one. Is Mobvoi about to close down? Otherwise, why would they remove this. Other than the rewards, the app was significantly insipid.
