Not working on the latest iOS on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Just opens to the splash screen and does nothing else.

the app literally will not open. it sits on the opening page and then does not work whatsoever.

**Developer response:** Hello kyjilham - Thank you for your concern, and we do apologize. On Sunday the 23rd of June 2019  we sent out a promotional email, and due to the overwhelming response we had technical issues, which we have now amended.
