This is disgusting how this app is trying to tell me that I’m a good candidate for meditation when I obviously don’t want to go on meds or a shot. What a disgusting app to say that. ### 1/5 — Expensive and frustrating EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. *2026-08-04, version 2026.07.22* I’ve been a paying customer for months now, and every single month it’s the same issue trying to get my Zepbound prescription filled. The app is expensive, yet I have to chase down support, message multiple people, and repeatedly explain the same problem just to get my medication. I’ve been told my prescription was sent when my pharmacy never received it. Then I’m told it was sent through LillyDirect, then CVS, then escalated to another team. It’s constant back-and-forth with no clear communication. I’ve reported this exact issue multiple times over the past several months, and it still hasn’t been fixed. For what Mochi charges, patients shouldn’t have to jump through hoops every month just to receive a medication they’ve already been prescribed. When you’re relying on a medication, delays and confusion like this are unacceptable. The support staff have always been polite, but the overall system and prescription process are incredibly disorganized. I expected a much smoother experience, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the service based on how difficult they make getting a simple refill. ### 1/5 — Don’t if live in AZ *2026-07-31, version 2026.07.22* Packaging is awful so doesn’t survive the heat. It is sad that they don’t anticipate the extreme temperatures when packing the vials. They arrive super hot and the product therefore destroyed. Tried it and not effective. Rather pay Eli lilly $100 more and actually get a product that works and is not damaged. Customer service is garbage. Says if arrived in 72hrs it’s fine. Do not recommend mochi. Don’t waste your time and $. ### 1/5 — Cash grab *2026-07-25, version 2026.07.22* Even if you’ve recently been on a GLP, they will start you at the lowest dose and make the smallest incremental increase per month to keep you paying while getting no results. I’m a very healthy and fit man who wanted to drop 10 lbs. Their compounded terzepitide does not compare to the real thing. I’ve doubled the doses I’ve been sent and…. almost no effect. They’re being sued by Eli Lilly for misrepresenting their product, and they’re being sued by their own clinicians (I mean people who rent out their DEA #’s as a side gig). There is no doctor-patient relationship, as their churn rate is second to an Amazon warehouse, and the business model is taking your money (which would be fine if the ‘patient’ were satisfied). Their dosing schedule does not even follow the manufacturer’s availabile titrations. ### 1/5 — They will steal your money *2026-07-13, version 2026.06.19* I had used Mochi in the past and it wasn’t terrible. Providers change very frequently, often without warning, and it can be very hard to actually reach someone— but, I got my medication so I ignored it. I ended up going off of the medication for some time, but ultimately decided to go back on. I paid $400 for a 6 month subscription and made my appointment. 2 minutes into the appointment, the provider explains she won’t be prescribing the medication to me. I ask for a refund, to which she says I’ll need to reach out to customer service but it “won’t be a problem” to get one. I immediately messaged customer service and they said they can’t refund me without getting the providers “side.” They knew she declined the medication, yet didn’t think that warranted a refund of my $400. I was told to wait for them to talk with her and they’d let me know what they were able to do based on what she recommended. Never heard from them again and never got refunded. Just know if you don’t get the medication, you will not see your money again. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2026-06-18, version 2026.06.18* Cancelled my membership last month before the renewal date and was recently charged $199 for the next 3 months. They are refusing to give me my money back. You can for free get your own primary doctor to do a PA for the low cost of your deductible don’t lose 167$ like me. On something you can do yourself for a lot cheaper. I called to cancel and get a refund of at least the current month and was denied the refund. A month later was charged again. I then called them again asking why… the repose was “we have record of your request but your cancellation was not processed” and “its company policy to not give refunds”. Very shady company. I was very skeptical coming into this. I did a lot of research. Mochi ended up being the company that I decided to try it with and I still was not 100% sure for the last four or five months I have been ordering from them. They have never overcharged me the prescription pack show up a day later after the prescriptions filled and maybe sometimes two days later, but they are never ever a weak in shipping or anything like that. I’ve never had any problems and I’m super happy with the service so the people who were out there afraid to sign up for a certain place you don’t have to be afraid of this one.
