## What is Mochidoro?

Focus. Earn a sticker. Fill your jar.

Mochidoro is a cute Pomodoro focus timer for study and work, with a glass jar that fills up with the days you showed up. Pick a length (5 to 90 minutes), press start, and your cat doodles a little picture while you concentrate. Every finished session drops a hand-drawn shape into the jar. Reach your daily goal and a cat sticker falls in too. Tilt your phone and the stickers slide. Shake it and they tumble.

A year from now, the jar is a year of days you actually sat down for.

NO GUILT
No streaks to lose. No red warnings. No "you failed". Stop a session early and nothing is taken away. Blank days are just blank. Made for anyone who gets distracted easily and does better with a gentle nudge than a nag.

80+ HAND-DRAWN CATS
Coffee cats, box cats, sleepy loaves, a cat with a bouquet. Every goal you reach brings a new one, and milestones at 7, 30, 50, 100, 200 and 365 cats bring special ones. Tap "only cats" to see just your cats in the jar.

A JAR YOU CAN PLAY WITH
Real physics. Tilt, shake, tap the glass, drag a sticker. Tap any sticker to see the day it was earned and the note you wrote.

A PAGE FOR EVERY DAY
Your book has a page for each day. Paste your stickers, doodle with coloured pens, and write one line about what you worked on. Share a page as a picture.

PAW COINS AND A LITTLE SHOP
Earn a paw coin for every 25 minutes of focus, plus one to collect each day. Spend them on extra copies of the stickers you love, for your journal.

A CAT TO SIT WITH YOU
A bobblehead cat keeps you company on the Today screen. Tap its head and it wobbles. Poke it a few times and it might meow back.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-13

One jar a month, and a shelf for all the rest.

• A jar for every month. When a month ends, its jar gets a cork and a wax seal and is carried onto a wooden shelf. Every past month stays there, even the quiet ones. Twenty goal days earn a gold seal.
• Focus from anywhere. Start, pause, resume or end a session with Siri, Shortcuts, Control Center, the Lock Screen or a widget, without opening the app.
• Pause from the Lock Screen. The Live Activity and Dynamic Island now have a Pause button, and a finished session leaves a stamped card for a few minutes.
• This month's jar on your Home Screen, in medium and a new large widget.
• The stamp. After each session the paw stamps the little shape you earned, then drops it into the jar.
• A calmer Today: just your cat, this week's paw prints and one quiet line.
• iPad, done properly: two columns, the Book opens as a two-page spread, keyboard shortcuts and pointer support.
• For everyone: bigger text sizes, Increase Contrast, Reduce Transparency and a full VoiceOver pass.
• A gentler notification ask, a clearer Mochi Club page, and lots of small fixes for a steadier app.

Thank you for sitting down with Mochi.
