真人客服的工作環境吵雜，完全沒有客服中心的水準。對話都要問兩次以上，旁邊客服的對話聲不斷在干擾。 因為有使用信用卡綁定車牌，造成車麻吉app所綁定的車牌在不同的停車場系統扣款順序不同。有些停車場會跳過車麻吉app直接讀取信用卡app，造成無法使用信用卡優惠而被多扣款。 車麻吉真人語音客服建議刪除車麻吉app，只使用信用卡公司app。
