## What is MochiTore?

MochiTore is a simple workout log built around a cute mochi mascot. Skip detailed weights, reps, and sets: choose a body area and effort level to finish a check-in in moments.

■ Quick workout check-ins
Choose abs, legs, glutes, arms, back, or full body, then record one of three effort levels. Add a mood emoji and short note only when you want to.

■ Record rest days
Mark a day as rest instead of forcing a workout entry. The app supports a sustainable routine without treating recovery as a failed check-in.

■ Grow your mochi mascot
Check-ins add XP and change the mascot's level and appearance. Tap the mascot to see encouraging reactions selected from built-in on-device messages.

■ Unlock and equip outfits
Wardrobe items unlock through levels, streaks, and total check-ins. Choose available items and see them applied to the mascot immediately.

■ Calendar and body-area balance
Review a monthly stamp calendar, weekly activity bars, current and longest streaks, total training days, and the share of check-ins for each body area.

■ A weekly mascot letter
Create one letter per week from an on-device summary of your records. Built-in templates produce the letter without sending workout data to an external text-generation service.

■ Local storage and reminders
Workout records, mascot progress, outfits, and letters stay on your device. You can set a reminder time and adjust sound and haptic feedback. A banner ad appears at the bottom of supported screens, and an optional ad-removal option hides it without changing feature access.
