It’s the only Boutique I shop with. The staff are fantastic in showing & explaining each item, as well as answering any questions. I have a full closet of MB clothing. I went on a diet a yr. ago and lost 90 lbs so I have everything from L to a small and now & went from size 11 to a size 2. So I have all different sizes of clothes. They have such a great variety of clothing too. ( and shoes, and many other things ) I can’t say enough great things about the clothes & staff. In 3 yrs I’ve only had to return one item. Follow the girls sizing and you won’t have to return anything either. Such good products and even better people! ### 5/5 — I love this boutique !! *2020-11-29, version 2.6.20* I’ve ordered several times and will continue to! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Customer service SUCKS *2026-03-24, version 4.5.1* 1) I ordered a $200 gift card They charged me tax on it When I complained about it They said “if you were charged tax on it let us know “ I just did why do I need to do it again? 2) the tax didn’t get corrected then I could not access the gift card I had just bought 3) they could not see the details Thought I had not placed an order with them when I had. 4) requested refund They still could not find gift card order with tax that should have not been charged 5) once I gave them their order number Moco stated that the order had not gone thru as my credit card was fraudulent when it was not (used this card 100s of times NO PROBLEM) The card was charged amount in credit card statement 6) when I told them the card was charged MOCO had no answer 7) out of the blue with no info from MOCO a PENDING reverse charge showed up on my credit card! 8) the reverse charge was PENDING for a week before it was finalized again with no info from MOCO about this THEY SUCK THE BIG ONE FOR ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! ### 1/5 — Very Disappointing *2025-09-18, version 4.1.0* Not happy with customer service! It was fine but then all of a sudden last week it stopped working. I contacted MOCO and they had no idea what the problem was. I did all the troubleshooting that was recommended. I tried to return something and they won’t take anything back! Terrible customer service!! Unless you know that you DEFINITELY like the item and will fit perfectly-go for it… otherwise you are throwing money away!! Beware!!! I was caught in their scam and I have never written any review before-you need to know what you are getting into!! ### 1/5 — Spamming notifications after muted *2024-10-07* So I added items to cart and created account with email on on the website. When I found out there was an app I downloaded it and tried to sign in with my credentials I just created and it didn’t say I had an account and allowed me to create a new one with the same email?? I just continued my shopping online and ignored the app… an hour later in sent me 3 promo notifications in a span of 10 mins…. and then it was spamming me with notifications like 10 in 1 hour AFTER I hit the “mute for today” in my Notification Center. Never had an app ignore the mute for today button.. weird ### 2/5 — MoCo Boutique *2025-04-14* The recent updates to this app, has effect me in away i cannot type any request or type on lives or even put codes down!! Sometimes my keyboard is there and when go live my keyboard is gone! What gives? 😡😡 One of my favorite apps! ### 2/5 — Not a fan anymore *2021-08-10, version 2.10.0* I used to enjoy shopping here until they upped their prices , and took forever on shipping. I hate to say it but I feel they Nickel and dime you to death. $8 is way too much for shipping when it takes 2 weeks to get to you! I even won a “mystery item” and had to pay $4 in shipping for it 😆 their vervet jeans are 65 , Judy blues now almost $60 when most boutiques sell them both for 49-52 . Their “door busters” are zenana for around $19.99 when other boutiques sell the same for $10-17 . Not trying to bash them just stating why I stopped shopping. It’s Their biz and their right to price how they want I have just decided to take my business where I don’t have to meet $60 to use sezzle, pay $8 in shipping and wait forever on my item. My SHEIN orders from out of the country come quicker but if you question them they act like you are being unreasonable.
