### 4/5 — Almost perfect

*2024-01-27, version 1.5.2*

I am now able to monitor my two freezers and two refrigerators from my phone while away. However, I wish there was a way on the app to rearrange your sensors up and down on your phone screen. Currently, if you want to do that, you have to physically unplug them, move them to their new location, and rename them. It would be helpful if you could just do that on the app.

### 4/5 — Easy peasy

*2023-09-25, version 1.5.1*

This is a backup system for a more intensive monitoring program. We like this because it is so easy to get set up, easy to use. I’ve contacted the company about some issues and they’ve been very responsive and upfront, and they’ve given me good news for the near future. I wouldn’t trust this as our primary, since millions of dollars worth of irreplaceable research quality human tissue is on the line. But if my needs weren’t quite as dire, I’d be looking into just using MOCREO.

As far as accuracy, the MOCREO sensor is close to and tracking with all our other sensors.

### 3/5 — Insufficient

*2023-08-19, version 1.4.9*

The app does what it’s supposed to do, but it’s insufficient. What it DOES do: alert you when the temps fluctuate above or below the parameters you set…assuming you set it up properly. What it DOES NOT do: it does NOT alert you when it doesn’t get an update from the sensor…so, if a sensor goes off-line, you won’t know until you open the app. They have added an update for when the hub goes offline (yay!!!), but we also need to know when a sensor goes offline.

### 4/5 — Great for freezer monitoring

*2023-08-10, version 1.4.9*

It took 4 tries to get the Wi-Fi up but after that it was easy to add the sensors and set a range for alerting. Note that you don’t have to use Wi-Fi since the hub model I have also has a network port. It’s important to set the appropriate range and time threshold for you alerts otherwise you will get alerts everytime you open the freezer door. I found that -5 to 30 F works for me with a threshold of 5 minutes for being outside that range. Push and email alerts. And you can make the hub beep too! I like the graph history and min max points. Nice app.

### 4/5 — First look is this is very solid

*2023-07-19, version 1.4.8*

I would love to see an easier way to set the temp for warning limits. It’s somewhat challenging to set exact numbers. Especially if you have a narrow window for top and bottom. Thanks!

### 2/5 — Needs a way to reset Wi-Fi connection in app

*2023-02-06, version 1.4.4*

There needs to be an easier way to update a Wi-Fi connection in the app

### 4/5 — Need apart when sensor losses contact

*2022-08-06, version 1.3.0*

Everything is working great. Have devices at 5 restaurant locations. Everything works as it should. Needs an alarm notification if/when sensors go offline or are disconnected. Thx

### 2/5 — Poorly designed app, mediocre product.

*2022-01-09, version 1.1.1*

The hardware is OK, not great. The base station doesn’t pick up the sensor unless it is very close (10ft?) to the sensor. Yes, the sensor is inside a freezer, which probably reduces the range, but where else would you put the sensor except inside a fridge or freezer?

The pulsing purple light on the unit looks more like and error / warning indicator than a “functioning normally” indicator. The last thing I need is another device with a light that calls attention to itself unnecessarily.

The app is flaky and, after the last update, won’t log me in with the username and password that work properly on the website. Deleting a sensor is a Herculean task.

### 2/5 — No Sound With Alert

*2020-07-02, version 1.0.15*

There is no sounds with push notifications making this useless.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Garbage.

*2026-05-19, version 1.5.7*

Waste of my time. Did not work or connect.

### 1/5 — Broken yet again

*2026-04-17, version 1.5.7*

They seem to be having growing pains. The whole network was out at the end of March and now it seems to be out again for me. Login is failing, sensor status is intermittent, history is impossible to retrieve. Unfortunately, I’ve spent a fair amount investing in their hardware and I’m afraid this company is about at end of life.

### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work

*2026-03-31, version 1.5.7*

The app doesn’t work garbage don’t buy a guys

### 1/5 — Will not connect!

*2024-12-18, version 1.5.4*

I tried to do this for over 2 hrs. Reset it 6 times to reconnect to wifi, only for it to loose connection immediately after each time. In order to reconnect I’d have to hard reset everything, it kept doing the same thing. I gave up.

### 1/5 — There is little to none when it comes to support

*2024-11-07, version 1.5.4*

Support is open Mon-Sun 6p-6a PST. Good luck getting through. If you use chat you will get a msg that they will respond within 24 hours. Nothing but problems with my system. Will never buy this product again.

### 1/5 — Unable to log in

*2022-01-28, version 1.1.1*

App failing to allow initial log in. Completely useless

### 1/5 — Broken

*2021-07-04, version 1.0.18*

The ap will not let me sign into my own account. Very broken.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2020-10-30, version 1.0.16*

This is simply garbage
Unreadable and full of bugs

### 1/5 — Ok but App is garbage

*2020-10-10, version 1.0.16*

The system works ok except the battery life on the sensors is less than 60 days (replaced sensor battery with new twice).

My issue is the stupid app.

You cannot just delete a sensor, if you remove it by putting it in pair mode it will bring all previous setting in when re-paired to the hub.

This matters because twice my sensor has adjusted its calibration and the app only allows you to adjust the calibration by tapping the + or - button one degree at a time. Not that big of deal until it jumps to -148 or +221 degrees like mine has. You will be tapping that button for over 3 minutes to get it back to zero.

There should be the option to type it in, a quick adjust slider, or a default selection.

### 2/5 — Confusing app

*2023-11-29, version 1.5.2*

The current version of the app does not allow alarms to be scheduled for each sensor - they are scheduled for the hub. This prohibits me from monitoring something 24 hrs a day (ie freezer) and something off hours (stove). Further, the enable/disable off hours is a confused spiral of double negatives. Just have a button for each sensor to say always active / specify active alarm hours.

### 5/5 — Proactive Peace of mind tool

*2026-03-19, version 1.5.7*

Since added two of these we have been able to catch open doors and our ice maker catching the MOCREO sensor cable before it damaged the line. Extremely helpful and proactive. Also has helped us to ensure temps were not too low as well. Happy medium temps. Connectivity of unit was easy and trouble free too.

### 5/5 — Excellent product, reliable performance, low maintenance

*2026-02-04, version 1.5.6*

LOVE THIS SYSTEM!! Installed a year ago. Two wireless sensors are monitoring temp in outdoor walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. Trouble-free setup on WiFi. High and low temp alarm notifications on the app have been reliable and very useful. App bar graph of precise temperature history is a most useful tool for visually monitoring defrost cycles and refrigeration system performance/ diagnostic. Wireless temperature sensors were charged when new; although in use for 12 months, the battery level is still at three-quarters! (The app monitors that too). THANK YOU DESIGNERS!

### 5/5 — Exactly what wanted/expected

*2025-10-25, version 1.5.5*

I’ve had 4 sensors running for a couple years now. 2 in a cabin 200 miles away, one in home garage and in a freezer. They have been running flawlessly. Very, very satisfied. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Very satisfied

*2023-12-07, version 1.5.2*

Read the other critical comments, they were complaining about a function that was never advertised and not part of the unit. Yet, this company altered the software to include it! That’s great service!
I just got it but right out of the box I’m very impressed with ease of setup, range and functionality. My probes are 100’ from the base in two different directions. The base is not line of sight clear and the probes are encased in water tight housings, yet they are working well. I love the notifications and ability to set an audible alarm on the base.
As a request, I would like to see the software revised to expand the temperature graph to include the whole operable range of the probes. It currently cuts off at 50f and any reading below that won’t display well in the graph. Im using to monitor a water tank that will often be in the 30s and 40s and I could see wanting to use this in a freezer w even colder temps.

### 5/5 — Very well engineered…

*2021-09-23, version 1.0.20*

After losing 2 large home freezers full of meat I decided I needed a way to monitor their temperature on the internet. I purchased a 3 sensor kit and downloaded the app onto my iPhones and iPad. It works great on both. I sent their support team a note about adding a persistence feature and received a phone call from them the same day. They care about their customers and I value that a lot. I love this app!

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2021-07-01, version 1.0.18*

When I saw the mixed reviews I was a little bit concerned. This app works wonderfully for me. Easy to set up, with nice graphs and alerts that actually work. I highly recommend it

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2020-09-13, version 1.0.15*

The app and product are remarkably good, simple, and effective.

### 5/5 — Very good

*2020-01-15, version 1.0.0*

Very useful application, I keep humidity and temperature records when I go to the field

### 4/5 — ST7-CL Temperature Sensors

*2025-10-18, version 1.5.4*

Works well. Easy to setup. Note to Developer: The app only displays the current sensor status as on/off. Please add simple app function to make status user switchable on/off. Thanks

### 4/5 — Good but can be better

*2024-10-02, version 1.5.4*

Years using this brand. Love the email notifications.
