Its never worked and I've had it downloaded for years now. If I want to buy through moda operandi I have to use the website version and it's annoying, making me result to other fashion retail apps. ### 2/5 — Nice store, horrible app *2025-04-01, version 4.88* The app works less than half the time. I have reset my password numerous times and still have an invalid password error! I am going to uninstall and reinstall (fingers crossed) it will reset and accept my updated password(s) which I know I will have to reset again but hoping it will finally cooperate! I unfortunately lost an entire cart of items when I realized I was not logged in, and then upon trying to log-in, am not able! I am however able to log-in via the web, but App would be much more convenient! ### 3/5 — Poor UX, Good Product *2024-04-30, version 4.74.2* They really need to stop with the prompt to enable push notifications every time you go to the home page of the app. I could see an initial prompt when you open the app, but every time the user goes back to home is absolutely irksome. When the user has seen all the product in a category, it should be clear that you’ve reached the end. We don’t want to see repeats. We don’t want to doom scroll. The product they sell is great and I haven’t had any issues with shipping. Taking off 2 stars for the poor user experience and lack of respect for their customers time. I would shop the app more if it weren’t so annoying. ### 2/5 — LSD I love you pls make a better app!! *2024-04-22* Want to love it so much as LSD is my idol but this app is infuriating and to not invest in development for luxury fashion/lifestyle feels so off brand?? Password reset, login screen issues abound, error messages that don’t make sense or can’t be resolved, and the inability to scroll photos in full screen mode drives me crazy. While they have a cute selection of clothes, I am shocked at how poor the technology is. When I sign in, my password is invalid when it worked before the update, and works in the website. When I add things to my shopping cart, my cart is empty when I click on it. I cannot use the app only promo code. I was promoted to download the app for a discount, but my cart shows up as empty even after I add items to it. And I can’t even log in to my account in the app. If you’re trying to drive traffic to the app, maybe make sure the app actually works first? ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2022-10-23, version 4.53* Just about the worst shopping experience I have ever had in an app. It errors out. Then won’t accept Apple Pay. It doesn’t use api to take your saved text entries or payments. It errors out on PayPal. It then says nothings in cart. Then double items in cart. I really really hope my item shows up.
