Every time I contacted customer support, I received delays, excuses, or was told that my request had been forwarded to another department. It took several emails and follow-ups just to get a response. Even after more than a week, I still did not receive the return address or complete return instructions. The products are nice, but the return process is extremely slow and frustrating. Customers should not have to chase customer service for days just to obtain basic return information.
