## What is Modal Soul?

Modal Soul is an experiment in understanding how days are spent and in making intent more explicit. Personally, I've been using it to explore the disconnect between where I feel my time is going, and where it actually goes.

What it does:
- Make your intention explicit at any time of day and allow you to see it even when your phone is locked. For example 'Work', or 'Relax', or 'Sleep'.
- See a retrospective visual depiction of how you spent your day.

What it does not do:
- Nag you. There are no notifications or reminders.
- Tell you what to do. It's up to you to decide your priorities.
- Tell future you what to do. There's no scheduling.
- Hold you accountable. It's up to you to ask yourself whether your actions are in line with your intention.
- Anything at the granularity of a task. You are limited to one intention at a time and a maximum of 6 intentions (although you can edit them).
