Main important thing about the online shopping is the clarity and easy accessibility and communication if the customer is having any issues regarding their orders. Es ist absolut unverständlich, wie man in der heutigen Zeit, wo selbst kleine Shops kostenlosen Rückversand anbieten, auf so eine kundenunfreundliche Politik setzen kann. Das schreckt ab – und zwar nicht nur einmal. Es macht schlichtweg keinen Sinn, Kleidung online zu verkaufen, wenn man den Kund:innen dann ein schlechtes Gewissen oder sogar Kosten aufbürdet, weil etwas nicht passt. Für mich war das definitiv die letzte Bestellung. If only they changed that, I would be ordering from Modanisa so much more. I wanted to return 2 items which totalled around $120 but when going to the post office to return, they told me it was gonna cost over $200. That’s more that what I paid for the cloths. I live in Canada which they ship free to so I don’t understand why they can’t make returns free or at least significantly cheaper. Also most of the cloths are extremely cheap quality for a high price (used to be cheaper). They don't respond to emails – they only say that your request has been registered, wait for a response, and a week later they disabled the return function through the app! I placed an order for over $150! What I received was a torn dress, another one – the fabric didn't match. They sent polyester, but the website said 70% cotton!
