## What is Modasi?

For beauty professionals building toward your own definition of success, Modasi is a community built just for you, where showing up as your real self is the only thing it takes to belong.

Modasi is the online community built for people in the beauty industry, with owners, licensees, students, and brands all in the same place, kept private from clients and the public. It replaces four separate apps —one for networking, one for finding work, one for learning, one for events—with a single space built around how the industry actually operates. The result is a place where questions get real answers, work gets noticed by people who can hire or invite you, and growth is built directly on the strength of what you share here.

Be exactly who you are
• Ask the question about your rates, your clients, or your business that you feel like you should already know and get a real answer back.
• Share the work you're proud of, imperfections included and get responses with substance behind them.
• Celebrate the win that would mean nothing to your family or your friends but means everything to the people here who know exactly what it took.

Someone here has the answer and will share it with you
• Learn how someone else actually built the thing you're trying to build, past the polished version they post for show.
• Find the person a few steps ahead of you who's already solved what you're facing right now.
• Get straight answers on the business side of this industry: pricing, contracts, client relations, the stuff nobody teaches in school.
• Become the person a few steps behind you is looking for and pass along what someone once gave you.

Your reputation travels with you on and off the app
• Get discovered by people anywhere you want to work or travel, on the strength of what you've already shared here.
• Carry your reputation with you if you change markets or specialties and keep building on what you've already earned.
• If you’re a consultant or educator, connect with professionals eager to learn or collaborate with others to grow your impact.
