No replies back. App seems to be dead. ### 1/5 — App is no longer working *2024-09-18* Since May the app no longer is releasing new issues. Tried all of the fixes without success. I have sent at least 10 emails asking for help and have gotten no response. Would give a negative rating if I could just on customer service. I have also asked for a refund without response. Now seeking help from the BBB and the state attorney generals office. I have deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.
