We've included a series of MAJOR UPDATES in our latest 5.0 version, codenamed "for Kofi."

**REVISED** FACTBOOK
The factbook has been completely rewritten to provide for better user experience and faster access to specific sections.  We've also laid the groundwork to allow for over-the-air updates of the factbook in future versions.

**REVISED** MUN LIBRARY
We've consolidated + compartmentalized the library to provide a more intuitive experience.  We've updated nearly every sub-section, added full text search capabilities, and introduced additional content (such as the Geneva Conventions).

**NEW** ALLIANCES
An expansion of our previously-limited "Caucusing Blocs,"  ALLIANCES provides over several dozen groupings of like-minded, regional, economic, and sociopolitical alliances.  Not only can you browse alliances and their members/observers, you can also select a specific country to view its alliances!

**NEW** MAPS
We've added a new, expanded section specifically for maps.  A series of regional maps are now available, as well as our classic world map.

**FIXED** UN NEWS
We've fixed the UN News feed so that it operates properly. 

**REMOVED**
We've removed the MUN Calendar for now.  It was implemented poorly and rarely maintained.  That's on us.  But don't worry– we've got a replacement in the works.  We also removed the FAQs.

### 4.0 — 2017-04-18

Version 4.0 "Peace Keeper" includes multiple bug fixes as well as:

• new and updated library content,
  - updated World Map
  - updated UN Systems Chart
  - caucus blocs
•updated World Factbook,
•simplified navigation,  
•an easier-to-use NGO list, and
•an all-new conference calendar!
