## What is Modelglass Pro?

Modelglass Pro brings AI pricing intelligence to your pocket, completely free.

The AI model landscape is rapidly changing with new releases, price cuts, deprecated models and shifting capabilities. Modelglass Pro tracks it all so you don't have to guess.

WHAT YOU GET

- Watchlist: star the models you use and see their current price and how it's moved, at a glance
- Changes feed: a running log of price changes, new models, and deprecations for the models you're watching
- Cost calculator: enter your real usage and compare what two models would actually cost you, including models priced in completely different units, handled correctly rather than forced into a misleading single number
- Home screen widget: your watchlist's biggest mover, right on your home screen, no need to open the app
- Price alerts: a notification when a model you're watching changes price or gets deprecated
- Live pricing across four modalities, Image, Language, Video, and Audio generation models, all in one place
- A transparent, sourced registry: every price and capability claim is traceable to a real source, not estimated
- Closest-alternative suggestions: find what else is worth considering before you commit to a model

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for developers, founders, and AI teams who need to make real decisions about which models to use without combing through a dozen pricing pages or stale blog posts.

HOW IT WORKS

Open the app and start browsing right away. No sign-up, no account, no API key. Star models to build your watchlist, drill into any model's pricing and capability profile, and compare alternatives side by side, all backed by live data pulled directly from our registry. Works offline once you've opened it at least once, using the last data it fetched.

Modelglass Pro tracks pricing daily and maintains an honest registry, clearly labelling models that are deprecated, platform-only, or missing data, rather than hiding the gaps.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-21

• Prompt-cache prices now show with their own labels and never replace a model's headline price.
• Scheduled price changes are now marked as upcoming in each model's price history, so you can see a price rise before it lands.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-06

Pricing accuracy improvements:

• Headline prices now show each model's standard list price. Discounted Batch and off-peak rates are still listed on the model's detail page, but no longer replace the main price.
• When a provider changes a price, the app now always shows the latest one. Earlier prices appear only in the price history, with the dates they applied.
• Retired models are clearly labelled, for example "Retired · last price $0.44 / 1M in", instead of showing an old price as if it were current. This includes models on your Watchlist.
• Prices are shown in full rather than rounded ($0.435 no longer shows as $0.43).
• Price-change arrows on your Watchlist now pick up every recorded price change.
• Updated support contact email.
