Tried to call customer support Tuesday May 28 10:30am Et and got a message stating they are closed and the hours are open 7am Mt daily.  Pretty sure that’s 8:30am Et.  Also, I ordered over $150 during the site wide sale and didn’t receive the credit or free items.  I’ve been on a subscription for 2 1/2 years.  Come in Modere, better customer service is necessary!!

The subscription order total has been removed. This was a useful feature during promotional spend periods. It’s now hard to know exactly how much the subscription will be when it’s processed.

The company doubled my order and charge my account without my authorization. I immediately called them to report the issue and after being on hold four times for over 45 minutes each time I finally got through to a customer service rep. This person said they would send me, a postage-paid return label and I could just return the double order and they would give me a credit sounded pretty good. However, I never got that email with that label. I sent A reminder email to that Customer Care representative reminding them they should send me the label. Never got a response. I’ve sent another email to customer service, explaining the issue took them multiple days to reply. Told me I only had a week once I received the shipment to make a return by that time It was over a week. I’ve tried calling again, several times, on hold for 45+ minutes with no one ever coming to the phone. I’m so done with this company!!

Good when it works, but the monthly subscription information frequently disappears. The ability to change a subscription order to buy now has been removed which was a helpful feature.

So frustrating that every time I try to go into this app it says, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties… or something to that effect! Fix it please, we need to use this 🫶🏻😃thanks! Also, this is never in sync with the website… so it’s kinda pointless to have the app then…!?!?

I’ve used this app for a number of years. Many changes have occurred, experience has proven when changes have been put in place the reason is this company has listened to feedback & concerns.
Changes have been easy to work around. Usually no need to read details but just jump into using the app as required 🌟

Firstly the app doesn’t appear to be available on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet? Is it currently only for Apple products?
Secondly, having notifications would be very helpful (eg. When something has been shipped, when you’ve received a token, or a reminder about subscriptions).
For some reason all your emails keep going to my junk folder and I can’t find a way to stop them. So I forget about subscriptions, and sometimes I don’t get through the products fast enough to warrant another big delivery! Unfortunately I found the subscription reminder too late again so will need to try and cancel or return the products this time….

Seems to be the most basic part of doing business. Especially if a company cares about their customers. 
I order 2 items consistently and have a strong suggestion for packaging on both. Which I think is odd in itself. I only use 2 and I have an issue with both products to the point that I was actually wanting to contact the company! I never do that!

The Modere app on my iPhone has a terrible user interface.  The 'process today' button makes it easy for customers like myself to accidentally pay for orders unexpectedly when they forget to add it to their ‘subscription cart’.  It’s like you purposely want customers to make mistakes.. Love the products but the UI needs improvement.
In fairness I too need to be more aware of what buttons or where I am in your UI before purchase orders.
