I downloaded this app so I can keep track of messages I get. However, I’ll get notifications that there are new messages and when I open the app, the messages aren’t updated. Then when I check on the browser version, there are 20 unread messages I didn’t get to. It makes staying on track of these things impossible and kind of defeats the purpose of the app if that’s your intention in downloading it.

Can’t log in. Get a message about servers being busy no matter when I try or how many times I uninstall and reinstall.

There’s always a server issue can’t even log into the app. Please fix it soon it’s been an issue since May.

Downloaded the app to stay on top of texts messages sent by my students. Unfortunately, the app won’t push notifications. Notifications will take a while to appear, which defeats the purpose of the app. The app also has a bug which makes my phone sound and vibrate every 3-5 minutes as if a notification had come in, but nothing shows up. I had to turn off all notifications on my phone to track down which app was causing this and it was this one. Please fix this bug ASAP. I have no purpose for the app otherwise.

The app won’t let me even log in. Can someone from the company please fix this.

When I first downloaded this app it seemed to be working ok but for the last few weeks I’ve been getting an error message every time I try to open the app that there are “server issues”. I logged out and now cannot log back in. I also deleted the app and re-downloaded it but still can’t log back in.

It's actually working well, easy to use, like customized coloring for different programs' messages. Please keep update on new features!😀😀
