## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Very disappointed

*2020-02-06*

1. Have tried downloading to my iPhone X five times on different days - the download won’t even commence.

2. Have downloaded to my iPad. Spelling mistake in “Settings” menu: “Remiders” should be “Reminders”. Not very professional

3. Attempted to send feedback via the app - not possible. Messages bounce back with “no such user” message.

First impressions are that the app is amateurish and unreliable

### 1/5 — Beyond bad

*2020-02-04, version 1.7.5*

Bad dB, bad food customizing feature. Everything is 100g!! What’s up with that!

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2020-01-10, version 1.7.5*

You should be able to actually edit the serving size of your customized food selection. The Reminders tab is spelt wrong. It is not an app that flows. Disappointing that I paid $50 for the scale with an app that defeats the experience for me.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2019-07-09*

Can’t get past the profile page when opening the app. Tried on three different devices with no joy

### 2/5 — Needs More

*2018-10-14*

Very basic but good. Needs larger database of food brands relating to Australia

### 3/5 — Needs Australian library

*2019-05-06*

Products sold in Australia use this app so should include a food library for Australia

### 3/5 — Needs more Australian products

*2019-01-17*

For a free App it’s good but... being in Australia I’m spending most of my time filling in all my products information manually.
I would love a YouTube video, on how to get full benefit on how to use this, I have the scales that connects to your App works great. I also wanted to look into my personal information and can’t get into it. Also the Daily Calorie Count is way to high for my losing weight program. Can I set my own amount? Also if I have my own recipe do I have to break it down to get calorie count. And as I’m losing my weight how do I add it into my information or am I not able to do that.
Many thanks for taking the time to read my thoughts.
Wishing your team the very best for the future on this very young App.

### 3/5 — Plan a day ahead

*2018-08-08*

Great app easy to use but it would be really great if you could prep a day ahead. So hope to see a update that will allow this to happen.

### 3/5 — Not too bad

*2017-04-19*

It's a alright idea. It would be good if you didn't need to have an 'account' to continue to use the scale. Unless I'm missing something there? Another thing I might be missing is the function to zero the scale using the phone. Bit hard to do it if the scale zero button is covered.
Thanks.

### 4/5 — Easy to use

*2018-05-26*

Just download your app today as I bought a scale to connect on it! I find it very nice and quite easy to use!

It’s very good for a free app. My only regret is that we can’t choose what appear on the daily log as mesure. My diet is focus on carb counting and the app select automatically and only calories!! Would be lovely to be able to chose in the menu, base on the thing we like to focus on, carb, protein, fat or calorie... I still have the diagram and details available in the daily intake but a little notes to take in consideration for next update!!

Thanks for taking it in consideration. All the best to the team. Rachel
