Dodgy service mostly complicated to trick you into paying for stuff. *2026-08-26, version 13.1.10* Ive seen that its a common issue that people have a scheduled delivery upon first order (in my case 26th of August) and that order never arrived. They also hve scheduled an upcoming subscription charge for me which clearly states I have not signed up for the membership. They make it certainly very hard for you to cancel anything. Making you contact support that eagerly offer u discounts to refrain from cancelling. Im disappointed as I thought the website was genuine. ### 2/5 — Nice idea but expensive *2026-08-03, version 13.1.10* 2 people arrived at my door on my children’s bedtime and sold this to me. Told me there was free delivery for the first month…. I’m all for saving plastic but this is expensive but thought I’d give it a go to save waste and pay the farmers more. Signed up and paid for the milk, checked my bank account and had been charged for a monthly subscription separately as well. So it’s cost me over £16 for 8 pints of milk. Absolute con. I’ve emailed to cancel the milk deliveries. All well and good but it can take ages to do which is time consuming and laborious. Great service from the milk delivery team but the convenience of ordering online is dire and you are unable to leave the old fashioned note in a bottle to amend your order. The app is poorly designed and hard to use, and the customer service is seriously lacking. There’s no contact phone number, and if you want to cancel your subscription, you’re forced to go through a tedious online chat with an agent — no easy option to do it yourself. They seemed to think it was acceptable that they’d charged me £25.69 for two pints of milk successfully delivered. I thought it was a good idea and was willing to give it a go as I’ve always thought it’s better to support local. I mentioned living with family and being unsure if they’d be interested or not to which the door canvassers said they’d come back later once I had chance to discuss. They came back to my house at around half 7 and now I know why. I explained my parents weren’t interested and it would just be me. I repeatedly mentioned to the canvassers that I’m not looking to sign up for anything but I would be willing to give a one time order a go. I downloaded the app and added items to my order as a one time order, only to find out when I’ve handed the canvassers my phone to add the 20% discount code and get the reciept number, they’ve signed me up to a repeat order on subscription. Something I SPECIFICALLY said I DID NOT want. While chatting away to the door canvassers I explained I wasn’t very well at the moment as I’m battling stage 2 blood cancer, so not only have they signed me up for something I did NOT agree too, they also knew my circumstances and now I feel they have taken advantage of me big time. Because not only did they change my order from a one time order to a repeat order, they also in the process got my order wrong. I ordered the strawberry and chocolate milkshake and the Sicilian Lemonade, well when they’ve decided to modify my order for me and put me on a subscription I DID NOT consent too, they changed the Sicilian lemonade to a white chocolate milkshake. Clearly they couldn’t remember what I’d added to my order and knew they were doing me over so didn’t ask. I went straight to the help centre once I realised what they had done as again I did NOT consent to being signed up to a subscription and I do NOT consent to a rolling subscription or repeat orders, only to find out the help centre shut at 19:30hrs. I now have to wait until the morning where I will be cancelling my subscription and I will be deleting my account too. It’s absolutely disgusting the door canvassers would do this to someone with cancer who explicitly, and multiple times told them they wanted a ONE TIME ORDER and did NOT want to sign up for anything. I would’ve been willing to try the products, but now I just feel taken advantage of, and scammed. If I couldn’t get the discount without being signed up to repeat orders, this should have been explained to me and I’d have shut my door. I have been intentionally lied to and decided by the young men who came to my door. ### 1/5 — Canvassers *2026-06-05, version 13.1.10* I cancelled soon after the canvasser left as he failed to mention the membership fee. The service would be too expensive for me for a few pints of milk. Also, The MM do not bother to reply to your emails. They got less than 10 of those 104 deliveries correct. Regularly sending eggs instead of milk. They’re a disaster. For some reason the app doesnt let me order immediately to my new address and it keeps logging me out when i try to change it? So then it keeps reverting back to that old address and I can't at all place an order cuz it will go to the wrong place. 🤠 Also why do i need to set a move in date?? This is so odd. I literally already live at the new place but it's asking me to set a move-in date at least 1 day from now?? Such a weird function. Customer service below 0 so total scam. Now the eggs are old they all float dont sink. Ingot 4/5 times rotten eggs also.
