Have emailed three times now to check on them. Downloaded this app basically out of desperation, added my order number, and it says it can’t find it. I emailed again because I’m trying to figure out if I should report this to my credit card as a scam to try to get my money back. Still no response. WOW. It said it had not entered production, which is disappointing to say the least as I had ordered the shoes 2 months ago. I have not gotten a single response to my email, and when I call there is no answer and the voicemail box is full. For something that is not cheap, and can be considered a luxury item, the customer service is abysmal.
