When I get to the screen to setup my password, the “create” button never highlights for me to select it. ### 1/5 — Unable to login the app (no code sent). *2023-06-20* I’m unable to login via the app because when it sends you a code, you can not find it on the screen so I am unable to login on my iPhone. **Developer response:** So sorry to hear this! If you're still having access issues, please contact our Service Center at 309-558-3077 or 800-447-9811, between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Central, Monday-Friday. They can help. ### 1/5 — UNUSABLE *2023-01-13* Cannot even get logged in because there’s no button after you get the code sent to your phone ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2022-10-09* It asks for your username and password, then takes you to the page with your verification code. You can request and enter the code from your call/text messages, but there’s no submit button. Hitting return on your phone keypad does nothing, so you’re just stuck on that screen. I am using an iPhone SE fwiw. ### 1/5 — Ugh *2021-12-18* Laggy, cumbersome, and not what you want from a mobile app. Doesn’t allow you to save your username or password. There is no continue button to allow me to move forward on my iPhone. Get stuck at the sms code screen. Been like this for months. ### 2/5 — Needs to be better *2025-12-06* Since the app was updated, it’s identical to viewing the member website through a mobile browser. What’s the point? I could login before the update using biometrics. Now I’m having to type in email/password every time. I don’t understand why it doesn’t show performance metrics of my variable annuity. I should be able to see within the app a graph depicting how well my investments have performed year-to-date, as well as since inception. I can figure it out on my own, but this would make the app much more useful in my opinion. ### 3/5 — Better but… *2025-11-07* A few issues. 1. After signing out, the app went to a solid white screen. I had to close the app and reopen it to login again. 2. Some of the links are too small and not tap or touch friendly. 3. When trying to print a payment confirmation, tapping the Print button did nothing. A confirmation was sent via email, but still. Overall, the app is better. Just needs some UI tweaks. ### 3/5 — Log on *2022-01-21* If you use Apple’s built in feature to enter an SMS code with one touch the app won’t log you in. The code has to be manually entered.
