With all of the awful reviews why aren’t you sorting this out developer?! I’ve just spent half an hour trying to connect this app to my camera and the camera to the Wi-fi. Your instructions are rubbish, the camera doesn’t connect and where are your customer services. I will be getting a full refund for this absolute waste of money and time!!!!! SORT IT OUT!!!!!

Do not waste your money on this camera, I have tried to connect to the Wi-fi in four different homes and would not connect to any router. You can’t get any help anywhere to try and get it working, so please save your money and get a well known brand.

So the idea of this camera is to connect so I can see an image on my phone right?!  Could you tell me when this update will be coming out that will enable me to do that?!  Says it’s connected, but really isn’t. Absolutely hopeless system.

No real user instructions to follow and don’t know how to set alerts dates or times etc. Installing has been a hit and a miss. Camera keeps going off line and can’t access from outside my home. So a waste of time and money. Feel like throwing it out my window. Cheap and useless.

Currently on the third hour of trying to set this up. Upon turning on, states update device. No information anywhere in the box or online on how to update.

Connecting to wi-fi, camera doesn’t acknowledge that it’s connected.

Waste of time.
