When you book a trip however, you expect there to be a ride. In the last few months I have had to reschedule 4 appointments because no one showed up.. There was three other visits where the will call did not come to take me home from my appointment. Fortunately, two of those were for my counselor and she was able to give me a ride home. The last one occurred today. I activated the will call for the ride home. After seven minutes I received a text saying there were no drivers. I called the. Modivcare number and rescheduled the ride home. I was told I would receive a text shortly with my driver’s name and information. I never received a text and after another 20 minutes I called again. I was told that I would receive a text when a driver was coming. After waiting for 15 more minutes, I had not received a text. I had to walk almost almost 4 miles to get home. ### 1/5 — Uber driver don’t read note *2026-08-10, version 1.5.16* Using over is the worst drive doesn’t read the note ### 1/5 — Inflated mileage, no ride history to verify accuracy *2026-08-08, version 1.5.16* Based on the inflated mileage for which I have photographic evidence, as well as canceled rides that were still dispatched — and, in some cases, even recorded as completed because Lyft sent ride-feedback links — I have serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of the records being maintained. Additionally, my inability to access ride history beyond approximately 3–4 weeks makes it difficult to independently verify the full extent of these discrepancies. Given these circumstances, I strongly believe that there may be fraudulent activity occurring within Modivcare’s billing or ride-recording processes. ### 5/5 — Michael *2026-08-08, version 1.5.16* Very easy and simple to work now we’ll see if payment comes through for mileage reimbursement ### 3/5 — Helpful app, but scheduling needs to improvement *2026-08-07, version 1.5.16* The app is helpful, especially for mileage reimbursement, but scheduling repeated therapy trips takes too much time. Saved pickup and drop-off locations should automatically fill in the address, phone number, and saved instructions. There should also be an option to save an ITP driver profile. I am the client’s caregiver and regular ITP driver, so most trips begin at our home. I should not have to enter the same driver and location information every time. The biggest improvement would be recurring trip scheduling. My child has therapy on the same days every week, and I should be able to select every Monday, Tuesday, or multiple days for a certain period instead of scheduling every trip individually. A “copy previous trip” button and an easier way to add the return trip would also save caregivers a lot of time. These updates would make the app much faster and more convenient for families who manage several medical and therapy appointments each week. ### 1/5 — Can’t book round trip *2026-07-31, version 1.5.14* I am pretty sure I click round trip when I book the ride. But when I click submit, it is only one way trip. Please fix this issue. I have to call support to schedule the ride coming back home. ### 1/5 — Never Works *2026-07-30, version 1.5.14* Absolutely the worst app. I try to login, it says incorrect password. I reset my password, it says “cannot complete request”. When I log in via the web, it books my ride, then immediately cancels my ride and leaves me stranded at the last possible minute just half an hour before my appointment so I have no way to get to the doctor. Waste of taxpayer dollars. ### 5/5 — Very easy to use Service. *2026-07-24, version 1.5.14* The app shows me my trips and if I need to cancel or I need to reschedule it lets me do that. Pure garbage all around ### 3/5 — No drivers available *2026-07-19, version 1.5.14* While the app is extremely easy to use about 1/3 of the trips that I book have no drivers available at the time supposed to pick me up in the last month.
