### 2/5 — App good/ bad service

*2026-08-24, version 1.5.16*

It was great starting off but than I would get a ride they would never call me to let me know they are outside and just pull of I would be sitting outside waiting in 90 degrees heat just random cancellation at time needed the most

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2026-08-21, version 1.5.16*

I always have trouble with this app when it comes to canceling rides, logging in, or even calling into their “support” because the app simply can’t do a simple task. The people are not always the nicest either. I gave 2 stars because when the app works right and lets me log in, I can easily book a ride.

### 2/5 — App Feedback & Bug Report

*2026-08-20, version 1.5.16*

* Fix Cancellation Bug: The mandatory "reason" dropdown overlaps the cancel button. This blocks users from completing the cancellation.
* Save Address Details: Save facility/home phone numbers and specific pickup/drop-off instructions so users don't have to re-enter them every time.
* Enforce Dispatch Notes & Gear: Require dispatch to read patient notes before booking. Standardize accessibility tools (like step stools and seatbelt extenders) in every vehicle.
* Enable Driver-Patient Calling: Add a direct phone connection between drivers and patients. Use masked numbers to protect privacy.
* Enforce No-Show Protocol: Require drivers to text or call (based on patient preference) with a mandatory reply wait time of 15 minutes before they can leave a pickup location.

### 2/5 — Good app/bad service

*2026-08-12, version 1.5.16*

I gave the app two stars because the app itself is well laid out and easy to use. When you book a trip however, you expect there to be a ride. In the last few months I have had to reschedule 4 appointments because no one showed up.. There was three other visits where the will call did not come to take me home from my appointment. Fortunately, two of those were for my counselor and she was able to give me a ride home. The last one occurred today. I activated the will call for the ride home. After seven minutes I received a text saying there were no drivers. I called the. Modivcare number and rescheduled the ride home. I was told I would receive a text shortly with my driver’s name and information. I never received a text and after another 20 minutes I called again.
I was told that I would receive a text when a driver was coming. After waiting for 15 more minutes, I had not received a text. I had to walk almost almost 4 miles to get home.

### 3/5 — Helpful app, but scheduling needs to improvement

*2026-08-07, version 1.5.16*

The app is helpful, especially for mileage reimbursement, but scheduling repeated therapy trips takes too much time. Saved pickup and drop-off locations should automatically fill in the address, phone number, and saved instructions.

There should also be an option to save an ITP driver profile. I am the client’s caregiver and regular ITP driver, so most trips begin at our home. I should not have to enter the same driver and location information every time.

The biggest improvement would be recurring trip scheduling. My child has therapy on the same days every week, and I should be able to select every Monday, Tuesday, or multiple days for a certain period instead of scheduling every trip individually. A “copy previous trip” button and an easier way to add the return trip would also save caregivers a lot of time.

These updates would make the app much faster and more convenient for families who manage several medical and therapy appointments each week.

### 3/5 — No drivers available

*2026-07-19, version 1.5.14*

While the app is extremely easy to use about 1/3 of the trips that I book have no drivers available at the time supposed to pick me up in the last month. I’ve had to reschedule for appointment. Because nobody picked me up.

### 3/5 — Complaint

*2026-07-07, version 1.5.14*

Blue cab is never on time

### 2/5 — Giddy

*2026-06-19, version 1.5.14*

App is not user friendly in some areas. I can’t manage my reservations at all. All that’s permitted is to make a reservation!! Needs to be updated and fix the issues’n

### 4/5 — Almost perfect

*2026-06-15, version 1.5.14*

Needs to be an option where you can cancel a ride without having to call anyone

### 5/5 — Jose Hilario

*2026-06-13, version 1.5.14*

Glad for the service they provide

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — AVOID at all costs— unreliable, unhelpful, & a genuine headache

*2026-09-02, version 1.5.16*

Caused medical neglect.. missed an important appt that took 6 months to get.. now I have no idea when I’ll get another all because of this ridiculous 3 day rule, I didn’t plan to break & fracture my foot in several places the night prior .. I even had Medicaid call to override the rule as well as a caseworker set up the ride for me due to being unable to bare any weight on my right side… yet, it still got denied every time and I say every because both the case worker and the Medicaid employee tried 3x .. my pharmacy request to get my pain meds as well. I would think those are rather urgent considering my situation .. this is just beyond ridiculous. I will be filing a formal grievance.. this has been a huge headache for me, I don’t appreciate it

I also forgot to add it was a massive headache when I was able to drive and using the reimbursement logs.. I never got several reimbursements sent despite emailing over the paperwork. I got reimbursed maybe twice out of the entire time I used those.. which is irritating considering how time consuming it is to do them .. about 30 minutes a phone call and if anything changes with the time -even an hr, then you got to.. go through that again to let them know.. wasted my time when I could’ve done other things instead of making phone calls and going back out of my way to get a signature I forgot to ask for.
Bottom line is they don’t seem to be very reliable in any way shape or form, nor empathetic/understanding of their members.. it’s just about the multi-million dollar deal they have

### 1/5 — HOW DARE YOU!!!

*2026-08-27, version 1.5.16*

You have an awful lot of nerve passing this app off as anything helpful to the sick/disabled/elderly. You app leaves injured and disabled on the side of the road unable to get a ride home!!! It’s faulty, poorly designed… it’s useless.

### 1/5 — Uber driver don’t read note

*2026-08-10, version 1.5.16*

Using over is the worst drive doesn’t read the note

### 1/5 — Inflated mileage, no ride history to verify accuracy

*2026-08-08, version 1.5.16*

Based on the inflated mileage for which I have photographic evidence, as well as canceled rides that were still dispatched — and, in some cases, even recorded as completed because Lyft sent ride-feedback links — I have serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of the records being maintained.

Additionally, my inability to access ride history beyond approximately 3–4 weeks makes it difficult to independently verify the full extent of these discrepancies.

Given these circumstances, I strongly believe that there may be fraudulent activity occurring within Modivcare’s billing or ride-recording processes.

### 1/5 — Can’t book round trip

*2026-07-31, version 1.5.14*

I am pretty sure I click round trip when I book the ride. But when I click submit, it is only one way trip. Please fix this issue. I have to call support to schedule the ride coming back home.

### 1/5 — Never Works

*2026-07-30, version 1.5.14*

Absolutely the worst app. I try to login, it says incorrect password. I reset my password, it says “cannot complete request”.

When I log in via the web, it books my ride, then immediately cancels my ride and leaves me stranded at the last possible minute just half an hour before my appointment so I have no way to get to the doctor. Waste of taxpayer dollars.

### 1/5 — Stupid company

*2026-07-23, version 1.5.14*

Stupid company with a stupid driver and an app that barely works. Pure garbage all around

### 1/5 — NOT HAPPY

*2026-07-06, version 1.5.14*

Please give proper notice of service changes and work out scheduling issues; when Modivcare used to give me Uber rides, I’d be able to get a will call ride home from my appointments within 20 minutes. Today I had to wait an hour for a Provado ride, and didn’t even get any text confirmation to actually know for sure I was even getting a ride until the driver finally called me an hour later. This sucks and you need to be giving your clients proper notice of these changes for the sake of our time — even better, coordinate better so it doesn’t take an hour, it wasn’t always like this and it doesn’t need to be.

### 1/5 — Never Works

*2026-06-30, version 1.5.14*

Dirty poor app always glitches and bugs out, never works, and always cancels my rides after I book them.

### 1/5 — Genuinely infuriating

*2026-06-05, version 1.5.14*

this app is good when it works, but the customer service is genuinely almost impossible to get ahold of. I spend five minutes talking to a stupid robot, dialing in the numbers it tells me to before it says my insurance doesn’t support said number. I’ve missed numerous appointments because of this app, and frankly I just think it’s horrible to work with.
