## What is Modlitwa?

Modlitwa helps you find a moment to pray before going back to the apps that distract you.

Choose the app in the system Screen Time window. When it is blocked, open Modlitwa, read the prayer and finish it with the Amen button. Then you can return to the app you chose.

For free you get the offline Catholic prayer book (Our Father, Hail Mary, the Creed, Hail Holy Queen, the Divine Mercy Chaplet and more), the Rosary step by step with the mysteries for each day, the word for today from the Douay-Rheims Bible and your streak. The basic prayers follow the Compendium of the Catechism.

App blocking is part of Modlitwa Plus: you choose as many apps as you like, after praying you unlock them for an hour or a shorter window of 5, 15 or 30 minutes, you set a schedule and Mass Mode for the chosen apps, and you pray by writing your own intention. Mass Mode does not silence phone calls.

Plus is available as a weekly or yearly subscription. For new subscribers, the yearly plan starts with 3 days free. You see the current price before confirming the purchase in the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically; you manage them in your Apple account settings. Verifying Plus needs the internet at least once every 72 hours.

Blocking requires Screen Time permission. You can revoke it in iPhone settings. Schedules depend on the system and may run late.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-11-03

Modlitwa now speaks English.

• The Rosary step by step: every prayer and every mystery, with today's mysteries.
• Offline Catholic prayer book: Our Father, Hail Mary, the Creed, Hail Holy Queen, the Divine Mercy Chaplet and more.
• Word for today from the Douay-Rheims Bible.
• Prayer screen, settings and notifications in English.

Blocking the apps you choose is part of Modlitwa Plus. The prayer book, the Rosary, the word for today and the streak stay free.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-22

Cała aplikacja dostała jasną, spokojną szatę: kremowe tło, leśną zieleń i złote akcenty. Nagłówki składamy krojem Cormorant, treść krojem Lato.

Nowy układ

Cztery stałe zakładki: Dziś, Modlitewnik, Passa i Ustawienia.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-10

Nowy tygodniowy plan Modlitwa Plus oraz odświeżona oferta miesięczna i roczna. Zachowujemy odtwarzanie wcześniejszych zakupów, w tym dożywotniego Plusa. Ceny i okresy odnowienia zobaczysz przed potwierdzeniem zakupu.
