Modernizing Medicine introduces the first native iPad application designed for medical surgical specialities — modmed Practice Sandbox for iPad. Each relevant part of the visit can be recorded in real time by the patients in the waiting room and by the medical assistants, physician extenders, or physicians in the exam room. At the end of each patient visit, data is transmitted back to the server automating documentation without costing the doctor a second.

Have been using this system for years and it regularly performs slow or not at all.  The concept of it is great but the functionality creates much stress in the office with delays, lost work and returning to paper to get through our busy schedule.
