Modosmart is the best tool for the property managers of touristic apartments because it minimizes the energy consumption thanks to a smart management of the air conditioning. Modosmart turns off the A/C when the guests leave the house. Thanks to the smartphone App the property manager will be able to:

### 3/5 — Un sistema incompleto.

Faltan por pulir algunos detalles de la App. El dispositivos local funciona pero la botonera no es muy precisa, además de hacer pitidos sin motivo. Veremos lo que dura porque está instalado en una villa Turística.

No funciona nunca y el servicio técnico no responde. Hemos invertido mucho dinero y tenemos incidencias continuamente. Finalmente nos ha costado mucho dinero en devoluciones de importe de estancias a nuestros clientes y hemos vuelto a los mandos originales. Y para colmo, nos han bloqueado en el teléfono del servicio de urgencias por quejarnos habitualmente. Por supuesto vamos a demandar, aunque dudo que esta empresa siga funcionando.

The sensor constantly assumes that there is no-one the room when in fact I am there, and my partner. As soon as we try to sleep, the room is said to be empty. Frankly I think it is rubbish and I am surprised more guests have not complained. If I could give 0 or even -5 stars I would as to my mind it is disfunctional and unfit for purpose.

And if you click on App Support you get a page that says “Invalid Website”.

He instalado modo en mi pequeño hotel y la verdad es que va muy bien. Lo uso más que todo para adecuar la temperatura antes de que lleguen los huéspedes. En mi caso no lo he comprado por ahorro de electricidad pero puedes activar y desactivar el sensor de movimiento por si quieres que se apague solo (lo que ahorra un montón si el huésped no está). El servicio técnico al principio no estaba los fines de semana pero ahora si (muy importante tomando en cuenta que nos dedicamos al turismo). Además, se me ha roto la pantalla de uno por mal uso de un huésped y me lo han cambiado muy rápido y sin preguntar nada. Por otro lado la app funciona bastante bien ahora (han ido haciendo mejoras que se notan). En mi caso agradezco la duración de la Bateria puesto que he estado casi un año si recargar los mandos. Los recomiendo

Tenemos instalado el sistema desde marzo de este año y lo hemos utilizado durante toda la temporada. Estamos muy satisfechos. Hemos ahorrado respecto al año pasado en todas las facturas y realmente es muy fácil de usar. Lo recomendamos 100%

Fácil de usar una vez que está instalado, realmente se obtienen ahorros porque funciona muy bien. No le doy un cinco por El sistema de carga de baterías y la duración de las mismas, no hay posibilidad de cambiarlas.  Muy recomendable para quien se dedique al alquiler turístico.

No tienen todavía la capacidad ágil de resolución ante una incidencia, todo y tener una cuota de pago. Además el servicio desaparece el fin de semana. Espero que mejoren la App, porque el sistema tiene potencial.
