Completely useless now. ### 1/5 — What happened? *2025-11-29, version 3.9.0* This app has been my go to for YEARS but I just downloaded it again for the winter season and it’s no longer working on my iPhone. During one of my recent iPhone updates it disappeared. I downloaded it again, but it doesn’t work anymore. There is a setup screen with three on/off switches. Nothing is showing other than the three switches. Turning them on doesn’t display whatever you just turned on. Then the app goes into an eternal “syncing” mode. It never stops or comes out of the syncing mode. I tried letting it sync for over four hours. Out of all 50 states, this one is last place. It's also funny because Missouri roads are some of the worst roads to drive on. Maybe MODOT just doesn't have the resources (which I find very hard to believe)? Either way, it should be illegal for a state funded app to be this useless. Horrendous UI/UX, everything is slow, camera feed is non-existent and nothing feels native. No native libraries or kits were used in the development of this app. The entire layout looks and functions like someone lied on their resume. No care whatsoever was put into this app. None. It is so bad, that I actually would have preferred it to not exist in the first place. MODOT should be unequivocally ashamed of itself for putting such an app into the hands of its tax payers. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-01-04, version 3.8.0* It used to be so easy to use and now non of the Cameras work. They are all greyed out. I used WIFI and data. I also deleted the app and reinstalled and restarted my phone. When that happens it takes 5+ minutes to load up. Today it’s 85° out and it still has to open the winter conditions first. If it weren’t for that it would be a great app. App was working good for awhile and has now started freezing up and going slow again. ### 1/5 — Great app… when cameras are working *2024-07-09, version 3.8.0* The cameras are what make this app particularly unique to other apps… and are the main reason why I access this app. BUT… all metro St. Louis cameras have been off-line the last few times I tried viewing them. I did see a message indicating that the metro KC cameras have been off-line for several weeks, but nothing about St. Louis. Don't get me wrong the app does have a couple of quirks but it's leagues better than our neighboring states transportation apps. I use it almost daily for rush hour traffic & accidents for the commute to work & weather conditions. After several years of using this app, can’t say I’ve ever had any issues with it. Seems like a lot of Missourians are unaware this app exists.
