My issues is that even after I put in my information my membership doesn’t link. Lately wash has not been good and I am not receiving service options my membership level comes with. I've called and been on hold with no answer. He said the company is suppose to give them a code to use but they never have and are horrible to work with. When I use the app, it shows none of that. The car wash did not recognize anything and a manager at my local car wash said that the app does not work and simply teach your money. I had to pay a second time for a monthly subscription. Stay away from this app, and stay away from any payment information entered into it. Chances are you will never get your money back. ### 1/5 — Do not use *2026-04-01, version 11.0.2650* I set up my monthly subscription using the app and it does not connect to their main system, meaning you visit for a wash and the attendants see subscription canceled. I emailed customer service per the location I visit on Friday, 3/27 and still haven’t heard back. So in the eyes of the main website and my local car wash, I have no subscription. Yet they charged my card.
