We get the "something went wrong. Try again later." message every time. Both of us updated the app and we are both on the most recent iOS. Deleting and reinstalling does not fix the issue either. Sunday was our traditional day to take the family to Moe's for years now, so of course their customer service is closed on weekends (and I don't have time 9 to 6 on weekdays to sit on hold while I'm at work). Moe’s app you cannot. But you can preorder and pay for delivery on the app….. just not for pickup. I live roughly 40mins away from the nearest Moe’s. I don’t expect someone to drive 80+ mins (factor in traffic) round trip to deliver food when I’m already going to be in town running errands.
