مفكرة هي طريقـة مبتكرة للتـواصل معدة خصيصـاً للمؤسسـات التعليميـة. مع انتشار الهواتـف الذكيـة والانتـرنت اصبـح بامكـان المعلميـن ومسـؤولـي المـراكز ارسـال الرسائـل، التنبيهـات و البلاغـات من خـلال هواتفهـم أو من موقـع مفكـرة الألكتـرونــي لهـواتـف الطـلاب أو اوليـاء الأمـور بشكـل فــوري، كمـا يستطيـع اوليـاء الأمـور ارسـال اي ملاحظـة لهاتـف المسـؤول أو المعلـم عنـد الحاجـة.

يستطيــع مسؤولـوا المراكز التعليميـة إرسال تنبيهـات عن الامتحانـات، الوظائـف البيتيـة أو برامج الأنشطـة لطالـب أومجموعـة طـلاب مباشـــرة.
