## What is 認知症テスト Moffワスレナグサ（HDS?

Moffワスレナグサは、認知症のチェック・テストとして、広く医療機関等で使われている「長谷川式簡易知能評価スケール」（HDS-R）を使用し、どなたでも簡単に認知機能のチェック・テストを実施できる認知症テスト用のアプリです。

【アプリ名の由来】
「ワスレナグサ」という名前には、中世ドイツの伝説に由来するといわれる花言葉
・「私を忘れないで下さい」
・「真実の愛」
をもとに、医療機関や介護施設だけでなく、ご家庭で手軽に、深刻になることなく家族の様子をチェックできるようにとの願いを込めました。

【開発の背景】
「長谷川式簡易知能評価スケール」（HDS-R）は、1974年に開発されて以降、広く医療機関などで利用されている信頼性の高い認知症診断・チェック・テスト手法です。
ただし、実施には筆記用具や、関連性の低い5つのアイテム（ハサミ、腕時計、鉛筆、くし、スプーン等）や、記録用紙などを用意する必要がありました。

認知症診断アプリ『Moffワスレナグサ』は、質問はアプリ内に表示され、回答はボタンを押してくだけ。

5つのアイテムを用意する必要はなく、動画でアイテムを表示することで、アプリだけでテストを認知症テスト・チェックを行うことが可能です。
