Will share feedback after few months ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Moglix selling spurious items. *2026-01-04, version 3.3.1* I have ordered “DAMOR” Brand 1.5 HP stainless Steel Heavy Duty sewage pump. But a spurious product of brand name “VENICE” has been delivered , which is not working properly and water pressure is not upto mark. Though a bill mentioning Damor brand was sent to me but delivered product is different. I have also shared photos of product and also photo and video of delivery man delivering wrong product has also been shared. I have also not received any guarantee/warrantee card mentioning details of the product. You are once again requested to please replace the pump with the brand and specifications i have ordered. I am pursuing this matter since the day when the wrong product was delivered to me. ### 1/5 — Unacceptable delay and false delivery claims *2025-12-27, version 3.3.1* This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience the delivery was significantly delayed yet the system continued to falsely display the order as on-time which is completely misleading. This is not the minor error it is deliberately misinformation that wastes the customers time and creates a unnecessary frustration. There was no proactive communication, no accountability and no effort to correct the false status of the update if delay occurs customer deserves honesty and transparency not inaccurate designed to mask the poor service performance. Misinterpreting delivery timelines seriously undermines trust and reflects a lack of responsibility, respect for customers from the top management of Moglix. It was suppose to deliver by 10th December. But there is no update from their end. When i asked them about their delivery partner, they cant even share the details of delivery partner and courier tracking. I called 2/3 times still they cant help me to get me my product. Till today i dint receive my product. I prepaid it and there is no option for cancel in the app. Shows item cant be cancelled. Pathetic service ### 1/5 — Never trust this app Fraud Company *2025-04-03, version 3.2.4* Fraud company and pathetic service, very bad customer support and you will get cheap non branded products here and after that no one will listen to you, you need to wait for 20-30 days for your query to get address and customer call support is pathetic wait time of 30 odd minutes and end of the day they will keep you giving new new tasks like mail us whatsapp us and all that ### 1/5 — No control over quality and pathetic customer service *2024-11-12, version 3.2.3* Use Moglix at your own risk! I bought a medical device for my old father. I was charged the actual price for the device, however the supplier sent me an outdated devise which is half the price. Since it’s a body-attached medical device and can be used only once, my father kept the device and we realised this after their 2-day return policy. On raising up the issue with the Company, Moglix blatantly refused to refund or exchange even when we had done a similar purchase hardly a fortnight back. Since it’s a start-up we thought we will be helping the company as the product is available at other platforms at similar price, however this callous attitude with a senior citizen with an important medical product is unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Wrong product delivered with right product details in billing *2023-11-20, version 3.1.9* Ordered for a BLDC fan with remote . When received the package the billing details on the box had right product details but with wrong product inside. Didn’t open the box as Technician was supposed to come for installation. By the time I could get that appointment, Moglix expiry got expired! Time given was 2days! When wrote to Moglix, spoke to customer agents, was given hopes of getting a proper solution but after making me wait for few days they said can’t exchange! Felt cheated by Moglix! Be aware before using this app! Feels they supported vendors who cheated too!highly disappointing! ### 1/5 — Don’t trust *2022-10-14, version 3.0.0* I had Greenleaf Brush Cutter of 43cc, with all attachments. What I received is 35cc Rock Power brand cutter which costs way less than my original order value. Secondly time taken to delivery is delayed by 10days, now it’s wrong product. Exchange process is also not straightforward , even after all pics, they need more pics. Earlier I had ordered Floodlight, label said 250W. But actual output does not meet 50W. Not happy with quality of the products.
