## What is Mohalu?

You keep meaning to cut back. Not quit dramatically on a Monday. Just do it less. Mohalu is built for exactly that.

It’s one timer. Every time you have one it starts counting, and each week the gap gets a little longer. Nothing else has to change on day one.

You can choose from a pre-determined plan, or log your actual usage over a week.

It works for caffeine, nicotine, adult beverages, or anything else you can count.

No account, no sign-up, no analytics. That isn’t a policy promise: the app contains no networking code at all. Your history stays on your phone, and export is the only door out. Optional iCloud sync is off by default and runs solely through your own Apple account.

Run your whole plan free for three days. No payment method needed to start.

Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings

Mohalu is a pacing tool for everyday habits. It is not medical care, and it, never tells you what to do.
