Booking rooms, getting tickets and dinner reservations has never been so easy. I contacted everyone I could at the casino, including emailing every department that I could get a hold of to try and resolve this problem. No one has been able to help. They keep telling me they know they’re have problems with it and that there’s a fix coming. It’s been over two months now and still no fix. I’ve uninstall the app and reinstall the app well over 20 times and it did not help. Very disappointed with the app and the lack of knowledge from anyone at the casino in resolving the issue. Before it was fine, now I just get a volume symbol. Even while playing Gonzo’s Quest I would win a few hundred thousand coins and they would never get put into my kitty- the next spin would be waiting as if nothing ever happened. Your winning Monopoly money and should be embarrassed if you play. Also, stop sending me emails from your fake casino. I only want emails from the real casino ### 2/5 — Lasted version is not user friendly *2022-08-21, version 8.3.6* Log in changes have created undesirable difficulties using the app. Not sure why there is a need for such security for an app that only shows current account data. I used to use the app on the casino floor track point earnings but that has become painfully difficult…. my opinion, PIN number was enough with no need for a complex password entry. ### 3/5 — Expensive to buy chips and not get anything in return. *2022-08-21, version 8.3.6* You pay real money to buy chips for a chance to win what? Since there is no way of winning real money, then how about crediting the amount of real money spent buying chips dollar for dollar in momentum dollars. So if I spend $20 real dollars buying chips, Mohegan Sun adds $20 to my momentum rewards.
