## What is MOI 1567?

รัฐบาลต้องการเพิ่มช่องทางการรับเรื่องราวร้องเรียน ร้องทุกข์ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นโดยจัดทำ Mobile Application ขึ้นมา เพื่อให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงได้มากขึ้น ประชาชนผู้เดือดร้อน สามารถดำเนินการลงทะเบียน บันทึกเรื่องร้องเรียนร้องทุกข์ ผ่านช่องทาง Mobile Application ได้ทันที ซึ่งจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ของศูนย์ดำรงธรรม ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและตอบสนองต่อเรื่องร้องเรียนร้องทุกข์ของท่าน
