Zamislite da se morate ulogirati u account svaki puta kada uđete u TikTok ili nešto sl.; a A1 app bi trebao biti koristan—što očigledno trenutno nije. Zašto je toliko teško dodati Face ID verifikaciju? Plaćanje računa unutar aplikacije se iz ove perspektive čini kao uzaludno nadanje. O forsiranju kojekakvih dodatnih usluga (koje doslovno nikome ne trebaju) ne treba ni pričati. Bar sve skupa izgleda lijepo.

Disappointing that mobile service available thru-out EU is only in Croatian.  No change language option.  Yet the app description is written in English ?!?

I agree that A1 has good support personnel. However, you need to wait in line a long line, sometimes over half an hour, to get an english speaking agent. 
Many time the agent response is, you have to do it thru the application, which as you know, IS NOT IN ENGLISH OR ANOTHER LANGUAGE BUT CROATIAN. 
The country is partially living on tourism that do not talk Croatian. 
In the season there are more tourists then citizens. They all need to use a Telecomunications company services. 
A1, by ignoring this population cases damage to the country, the tourists and A1. 
Think about it. To have an English and German version is not complicated, nor is it expensive.

Imam vaše mobilne podatke ali su jako spori nemogu niti otvoriti google.hr na safariju. I još mi mobitel koristi LTE a u postavkama sam stavio da koristi 5G.

Was useful for quickly checking invoices, the only real reason I installed it so I don't need to log into website. But lately, when opening the app, I need always to enter login credentials - so it became a waste of time, as well as waste of storage on phone. And since almost every action just takes you to their website/webshop - no need to bother with the app, just use the website.

Was ist mit den Menschen die keine Kroatisch sprechen und die Touristen SIM Karte nutzen? 
Keiner kann die App handhaben. Nichts für Leute mit einer anderen Sprache. Ob die App sonst etwas taugt kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Since early 2024, I have not been able to log into this app, or even to my account on the web. It is impossible to pay the bill except bank to bank.
I contacted the customer service, and got back the following:"Radi sigurnosnih razloga morali smo uvesti određene prilagodbe za pristup mreži dodatnom zaštitom geolokacijskog pristupa našim digitalnim kanalima", which basically means they blocked their customers in certain locations (in my case USA) to provide "digital security". Wow!

In times of 5G networks, A1 HR provides EDGE Internet. It's okay if you've never heard of it. It's a bit faster technology than GPRS and was introduced around 1995.
Slower than V.90 dialup modems (1991).
What to say? Apparently, the second-best network in Croatia.
Yeah, unless you are in the capital city of Zagreb under the tower, please don't count on the Internet on this provider because they don't have it.
App trash, provider trash. Bring your own Sattelite Internet with you if you need Internet in the so-called touristic country of Croatia. They are still in the 19th century.

But I’m not.
This App, written up here in perfect English HERE in Apples App Store, yet fails to mention that nothing is available in any other language besides Croatian.
My friend, in fact two friends and a Customer Service in Zagreb attempted to find any way of altering interface language (I know Spanish and some German) but never found anything in the usual top or bottom corners of any website, nor this App. 
Aside from that, A1 works excellently.

Using your service for many years I can not
believed what is happening this time  Could 
not start despite payment taken When i got 
service the wifi slowed down to point so was not usable Than improves up and goes away  unpredictable Visit to your office did not help
No explanation about problem No resolution
of this problem Asked not to extend another 
week without my consent It was renewed 
Than I have available  calls and wifi time Now 
application does not give information about my status but several Euros have charged without explanation I definitely will not 
recommend this product
