This app has been created to make it difficult to find almost anything AND it is VERY difficult to get clear answers on how things work. It’s all done on purpose so the customers are confused and pay more than they have to. Chat help (actual live help) is very good but it keeps disconnecting. Once again, it’s almost impossible to find clear answers to basic questions.

Unfortunately security requirements in this app update goes beyond my mobile phone iOS abilities, hence good bye for t-mobile app. I will not be changing my phone just to keep up with silly Apple / T-mobile policy to fool you about safety to be able to view my invoice on iPhone 8.
PS. Bunch of idiots who do not complain that you cannot download apps on your iPhone4 for example. Screw Apple.
