I can honestly say as an app developer this is this worst of my entire travelling experience - to such an extent 1st trip could not register - 2nd trip could not pay.

It is awful and you are losing revenue for your beautiful city

Omogućite opciju kupnje više karata odjednom (sa jednim skeniranjem) i molim vas dodajte dodatne QR kodove u vozila, barem blizu validacijskih uređaja za karte. Trenutna lokacija na vratima je najgluplje moguće mjesto, jer ljudi koji skeniraju kod blokiraju ulaz drugima u tramvaj, a ako trebate kupiti 2-3 karte sve to traje vječnost. Pogledajte kako se stvari rade u gradovima poput Budimpešte što se tiče aplikacije, jer njihovo rješenje je mnogo bolje, a ne zahtijeva nikakvo pojedinačno skeniranje. Također, zašto je potrebno validirati promjenu vozila, ako je karta važeća? Zar je zaista bitno u kojem se vozilu putnik nalazi? Kao da nitko nije ništa isprobao u praksi prije nego što ste ovaj sustav stavili u pogon…🤷‍♂️

Kada treba uplatiti novce, tipkovnica prekriva gumb pa se ne može uplatiti ništa. Iphone 8 je u pitanju, to trebate popraviti, ostalo je ok.

The app UI is very modern and user friendly. Font size is ok and easy to read. Had no problem creating an account, but the only negative thing about this app is that when I click buy a ticket, it takes a bit longer to load compared to other apps.

Once registered for an account, funds can be added to it by electronic payment in the app. Tickets can be purchased by choosing the desired ticket type and then scanning the QR codes found next to the doors of the tram when boarding. Easy to use.

Great easy and fast way to use the public transport system (bus and trams) in Zagreb. Just load your credit and point the QR code during boarding. Easy as that!
