The support are not able to help, and you need to come to the branch, where it takes about an hour to unblock you. Reported multiple times, by many, still isn't fixed after a year. After changing your phone, you can’t just log in with your username and password — you have to call the bank. And after I finally managed to log in, it tells me ‘wrong PIN,’ even though I never entered one — I’m using Face ID! Please, don’t be greedy.
