Przekroczyłem limit przelewów z aplikacji mobilnej i mam zalogować się z przeglądarki www- nawet na telefonie! Nie dostaje smsów, nie da się zalogować. To urządzenie, z którego regularnie korzystam. Nie ma żadnej pomocy na czacie- nikt nie jest dostępny. W tym momencie całe doświadczenie korzystania z ING jest beznadziejne. English translation is done only partially making hard to understand how to move, organization of the options and shortcut is not friendly user, home page is fulfilled of promotions and publicities instead to have the fast access icons…last but not least compatibility with Apple wallet is the lowest level that I ever saw, doesn’t matter how many cards you have and which card color you choose it will always be displayed orange in the Apple wallet because of course ing couldn’t think to upload electronically the design like on others bank. Imagine going to pay with phone having a personal bank account a credit card and a common card account with your wife and display all the card the same. Really disappointed. ### 1/5 — UX needs to be improved *2025-11-05, version 4.20.2* The information flow between sections in the same app so slow. For example l transfer my ING account 10 PLN and it is visible in history section but it is not visible in my account section. Similar case with when l do payment. I can see in the history but it is not reflecting to my account. Sometimes l needed to wait more than 5 mins which my action information will be updated. Other issue let say l am trying to open mu credit account section during opening that section my screen flashing the page like trying to load. Literally it İs flashing. At night this is so disturbing. Some part of application is Polish and some part of application is English. Very confusing. Even l can speak both languages. It makes my eyes tired. To much information in one page. Many clicks to reach one section. Example. I have one saving account, from my home page l click saving account ikon and l land the saving account section and again l need to click saving account ikon to reach my saving account section. Probably it has been made while thinking user may have more saving accounts. But you could put logic if there is no multiple saving accounts then user should land to that account. Support that works only when it’s convenient for them is a circus. Weekly downtime for maintenance is a nightmare. The interface is far from user-friendly and sometimes even from logical. Maybe it’s fine for Poland, but overall it’s BS.
