Hi Moji team,

I love using Moji to meet global friends and practice languages. I'm gay and I'd love a way to find other gay friends who share the same experience. Right now it's hard to find LGBTQ+ community.

Could you consider adding:
1.  An optional sexual orientation filter / tag (gay, bi, etc.)
2.  An LGBTQ+ community or interest tag so people can opt-in to be found

It would help a lot of us feel safer and make more authentic friendships, and it's opt-in so people who don't want to share don't have to.

People and the rest were fake profiles and scammers.  How do you have fake profiles that are verified?  Your verification process sucks, you should fix it and then make every verified person re-verify the pictures they have up.

S'il s'agit d'une limite temporaire imposée par notre système de sécurité (et non d'un bagnissement), cette restriction se réinitialisera automatiquement. Vous devriez pouvoir vous inscrire normalement après un délai de 3 jours, en utilisant une connexion réseau stable.
Pour faciliter la génération de votre UUID ou réinitialiser l'application, nous vous conseillons de désinstaller complètement Moji, de la réinstaller, et d'éviter d'utiliser des applications de clonage qui masquent les identifiants de l'appareil.

Why the my account banned without any reason i do all verification please unbanned my account

Please understand that Moji never bans accounts without a reason; blocks are typically triggered automatically by our safety system when multiple reports are received from other users.

I bought moji plus for ₹299 for a month and also my amount was deducted from bank but my account was not upgraded to moji plus
Just upgrade my account to moji plus or just give me a refund
And secondly i am using iphone 15 pro and this app does not have any notification sound

Regarding your subscription, we want to resolve this immediately. To manually activate your Moji Plus and make sure you get the period you paid for, please send your oAuth ID (found in: Profile ➔ Settings ➔ Account) and a screenshot of your official Apple App Store receipt to support@moji.cool.
As for the notification sound on your iPhone 15 Pro, please make sure that 'Sounds' is enabled under iPhone [Settings] ➔ [Moji] ➔ [Notifications]. Once we receive your oAuth ID, we will also check if there is any sync issue on our server.

I have had to reverse google image search every single match because all of them have been fake. Not even exaggerating. Out of the 100+ matches I’ve had, about 3 of them have been real…

This app is very good and I really like using it. However, I don't know if I enabled the VPN before logging in. The system has blocked my account because I changed the GPS location. Even my device can't log in. I still have a few friends in the app 😭😭

Функция, которую вы упомянули (ограничение того, кто может видеть ваш профиль по полу и возрасту), доступна в нашем Plus-фильтре. Этот фильтр позволяет вам показывать свой профиль только женщинам и скрывать его от мужчин и людей старшего возраста.
В базовой версии приложения другие пользователи могут случайно найти вас через общий поиск, даже если у вас другие цели в профиле. Если вас кто-то беспокоит, смело используйте кнопку "Пожаловаться" или блокируйте таких пользователей.

Cool app, but I got uncomfortable after seeing so many older men try to friend me. I also saw a bunch of underaged users. I deleted the app with in an hour of getting it. I also of a concern of people bypassing verification for accounts using other people’s selfie’s. People can easily lie about their age and fake being real. I was also trying to type in my birthday to fix it (March 6, 2008), but it flagged me as underage and changed my birthday to a different one. I am 18 and old enough to use this app. My suggestion is to fix the age verification and add ID verification to prevent underage users. Add a filter for gender (ex.  Female, male, both). Add an age range (as I mentioned, I was super uncomfortable with men twice my age trying to friend me.) I know it’s not just me who’s dealing with these problems. As for the rest of the features that I can think of, I didn’t really have a problem with it. I was just curious about this app and wanted to explore, but I regret it. Please fix it asap.

I really liked it at first but the more I met who were verified a lot of them ended up being fake accounts even though they were verified. It has a lot of potential and I really like it but it just needs a bit of tlc and it will be great!

From my understanding, this app is used for language exchange, dating, making friends across the world… Which is great and all but why is almost every profile I come across fake. I’m not sure how they pass the authentication process, but I have yet to come across a real profile. All the profiles that send me friend requests use pictures of celebrities or influencers. And when I don’t immediately recognize them and accept their friend request, they instantly ask for your WeChat or WhatsApp. Another issue I find is whenever I unfriend someone, maybe a few days to two weeks later I get a notification that they want to be my friend again.

This app is not what I thought it would be and I don’t even know how it’s not rated lower.

There is a huge amount of scammers on this app, and even with the apps prevention software, half of them are verified accounts. I have never had this much trouble with scammers on an app before. Unfortunately, the amount of scammers and perverts on the app has made me want to delete it. Sad because it seems like it would be a decent app if not for all the issues with it. I’ll stick to Langmate since I’ve continued to meet some incredible people there.
