Love the taste and the quantity of toppings!!
With the Eatclub membership the price is also Great!  Would like to see some changes to the Menu. Additions needed so that it doesn’t become repetitive for customers like me who order often.

I love Pizza since I was a little kid and the idea of having pizza was always very tempting. But I was never satisfied with the quality of pizza being served around India. Atleast until MOJO showed up. 
This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA CHAIN IN INDIA!!!
Perfect loaded pizza with sooo much topping and crazy amount of cheese! I love it!
PS- Definitely try their garlic bread and peri peri paneer skewers! You won’t regret! 
In conclusion- If you want Pizza , go Mojo or no Pizza :P

I tried ordering using Zomato n then placed order for same items using Mojo app. Was surprised to discover the price difference. Better go thru the app directly, amazingly Zomato’s diwali discount though added, yet cud not match Mojos pricing.

Mojo ever since came in the food world… Has been the best with taste and quality.. I loved Dominos but since mojo came I dnt see any other pizza… Simply love the pocket friendly cheese blasts pizzas… keep up the fantafabulous taste and variety ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If they don’t have stock then they will give you random pizzas. Instead of cheese burst crust they give normal crust. Instead of meat eater they will just give Smokey joe pizza which is the cheapest non veg pizza they have. To my surprise their chat specialist Jayesh informed that they don’t have a payment reversal mechanism. So for junk they will charge you and not even reverse the transaction. They will give you Rs 250 Mojo cash for a Rs 456 order so that you fall into that trap again.

Since last two months, I started using the app of MoJo pizza, instead of ordering from Zomato - I did a BIG MISTAKE. They have a pathetic customer support if you got any trouble with your delivery - either items missing or getting Burnt pizza. The support personnel only promises that they will share the feedback to the store, but no action towards replacing the missing / wrong items or refunding the money for the same. NEVER Use this App - instead use some reputed food delivery app.

I would certainly say that MojoPizza is better than any other pizza restaurants out there.

It’s far better than Pizzahut, dominos, sabbaro, etc..

Just one thing I didn’t like is App’s stability. I see lots of bugs in the application. You guys must improve the app. 

I was trying to order from the app a week back and I was getting error ‘something went wrong’ and then I had to order from PizzaHut.

So it’s affecting your business.

I don’t have words to express how tasty the pizzas are, but really unhappy with location coverage by your app. My location is not covered now due to area integration in your app. Same address and pincode was served earlier now it is not there. I have sent many mails but no response from your end. Kindly look into the same.

Received wrong item and delayed too, reached out to customer support with proof, shared the images of items delivered but even after that they declined to refund or replace. And in reply they said due to past issue concern they will not refund. Such illogical approach, if you couldn’t deliver on time and couldn’t fulfill your promises in past orders also, is that my fault or yours?? Never experienced such pathetic behaviour from any company, it’s clearly a scam and looting us forcefully! Why you’re not helping when it’s your fault and I am sharing the proofs with you!?? If you’re really craving food, never order from MOJO — you’ll end up waiting endlessly and losing both your time and mood. My order (#7GSTKIR) was never delivered, yet they sent me a fake delivery confirmation. The delivery guy came after midnight, didn’t follow instructions, and took the food back instead of leaving it at the security gate as I requested.

There’s absolutely no customer support — no one responds or helps resolve the issue. Totally unprofessional service and a complete waste of money.

Ordered a cheese burst pizza with multiple paid toppings (paneer, corn, tomato) — received a plain thin crust pizza with NONE of the extras. Reached out to customer support with photos and video, but the agent barely listened and just threw a ₹300 credit at me before ending the chat. That’s not how you resolve a ruined order. Reinstalled the app after years, and now I’ve uninstalled it again for good. Poor order fulfillment and even worse customer service. Not recommended.

I had ordered 2 pizzas recently and received 2 pizzas that were completely different from what I had ordered. When I took it up with chat support along with the proof of the same, they were really rude with me and claimed that I was uploading fake images. They were not ready to listen and abruptly terminated the chat as well. 
Even after escalating it twice to customer care issue was not resolved. They even went as far as to accuse me of having a pattern of making false complaints. 

Horrible experience with customer care at Mojo Pizza and totally not worth the hassle.

I have ordered Mojo so many times from eat club and every single time there is a problem
Now my friend has started ordering and he is facing the same issue.
Yesterday night we ordered cheese blast for 493Rs and the pizza was pathetic. Worst toppings, and was normal crust, not cheese blast. I spoke to Aarifa- she said we ll give you 100credits. Like seriously? I paid 493 for nothing ? I requested her to take this pizza back and get me new one which should be cheese blast and she denied saying we can only give 100 credits. 
I had to make the dogs eat the pizza because its was just a bread crust and have wasted my money

I am unable to login as never receive OTP for login on mobile number. When contacted support, there is absolutely no response on email. No phone support or unable to reach on phone. 
Horrible customer service. Customers left high and dry. 
God alone know what will be the customer situation if they end up buying food and have to raise a complain about food.

I have been using this from long and I am fond of the pizza. But I really want to raise a red flag when it comes to free gifts they provide, I welcome such promotions if you provide the product’s that have some self life, all the products that I received are almost expired products. Like yesterday I received a magi packet that has self life of 8 months and it is manufactured in 28/October/2021 which will expire in next 12 days. 
Same happened when you promoted Milo milk powder and I had to throw it away. If you are giving to throw why don’t you do it.

The customer support of mojo is the worst. They do not help in any way. Mojo is just looting their costumers and taking money. If we contact customer support first they won’t come on chat , after waiting for 30 mins they will come and then they will reply after 10 mins. Also for every query they will tell we don’t know and we don’t have authority. The worst service ever

App is easy to use but if there was a search button would be good BUT , but they have many offers and a quick button for it.. I don’t find Need of searching .. as per pizza ,their qualities too good (The bread is definitely good than others,(especially Domino’s )except for Pizza Hut. It is gonna be a good competition )most importantly, their prices are down because they are new here and competition brings the prices down, so I enjoyed it before the prices go up.

The app is very easy to use and without any glitches. From selecting the pizzas to the payment, the entire experience was amazing. I have ordered and preordered and the app clearly shows the stages of in kitchen to delivery. It's tough to get the simple things right and you guys have done a good job there. The pizzas from mojo pizza are just amazing with lot of toppings. If i have to order pizzas, I always do it from mojo pizzas.

Man, this was my first time ordering Mojo on a Buy 1 get 1 free Wednesday. Both pizzas and garlic breads were top class. Loved the taste and lucky to have a store within a KM to my house 😜.

You guys make wonderful pizza, Don’t get acquired by Dominos or Pizza Hut and save us from eating their taste less and expensive pizza, which doesn’t have any value proposition in their product.

Instead you grow so big that they should ask you to acquire them.
