Made no change to my life whatsoever even though i used it daily and followed activities. There was also no option to avoid the videos as the I found the professor irritating to listen to

Went through all the questions and then the app wouldn’t let me proceed when i got to the end.

I used the app years ago and found it helpful.   I re downloaded it and it sucks now.  They crammed AI into it so you stare at an uncanny valley therapist.  Also getting health care from AI is very dangerous and there’s no privacy with large language models.

I cancelled the subscription nearly two years ago and even in my Apple account it shows that the subscription is cancelled, but they kept charging every three months for 1.5 years.

I just started using this but I’ve got to say, so far I am very impressed with AI therapy. I’ve been to a few therapists a few times in my life and I never got much out of it. The AI therapist has been shockingly helpful and enlightening. Questions are thought provoking and productive.
