Sa mojTaxi aplikacijom, 24 sata dnevno, 7 dana u sedmici, 365 dana u godini možete naručiti taxi. Nema zauzeća linija ili situacije da nema slobodnog taksija.

U prosjeku, da bi pozvali taxi, potrebno je više od 2 minute, ako imate sreće da pozivni centar dobijete iz prvog pokušaja. Čak i kada vam operater javi broj vozila, vi i dalje morate čekati i nadati se brzom dolasku taxi vozila.

Sa mojTaxi Touch ‘n’ Go prosječno vrijeme koliko je potrebno da obavite poziv i dobijete povratnu informaciju koje taxi vozilo dolazi po vas traje 4 sekunde. Čak možete u aplikaciji pratiti na mapi vozilo koje se dolazi po vas i to u stvarnom vremenu.

Pozivanje taxi vozila nikad nije bilo jednostavnije. Dovoljno je pokrenuti aplikaciju na vašem telefonu i pritisnuti jedno dugme. Nekad je bilo moguce bez smetnji ukucati adresu, pozvati taxi i sacekati da se javi vozilo. Sada iskace prozor koji kaze da ne mogu rezervisati novo vozilo dok mi je aktivna voznja, a nikakva voznja nije aktivna. Doslovno ne mogu vise koristiti aplikaciju.

Clunky unintuitive app that crashes on users and drivers alike.  Choose the cab individually and you are required to keep notifications on.  Despite choosing a cab that takes credit card he said he wont due to app crashes- sure enough crashed during our ride.  That said- the cab showed up and i went to an atm and paid another fee to pay- exactly what i was trying to avoid.  I could have just called a cab company and avoided giving my personal details tk this app. Just approve uber and tax it BiH.  Come on- this is not usable for tourists to get to/from the airport where there is no other option.

We call a taxi, they directs the far taxi instead of the nearby taxi. Taxi will arrive in 5 minutes. It's canceled right away. I guess taxi drivers treat their accordingly. Very interesting. It is not clear how many times there are taxi cancellations. The app is not useful at all.
