## What is Mökki & Vene?

Do you own a cabin with your family or a boat with friends? Cabin & Boat brings clarity to shared ownership: who is using it and when, what needs to be repaired, and what supplies or items are missing.

Features:
• Booking calendar: everyone can see who will be there and when
• Issue list: report a broken device as soon as you notice it
• Tasks: assign spring cleaning and autumn closing tasks to responsible people, with deadlines
• Maintenance schedule: recurring maintenance, such as oil changes, chimney sweeping, and winter storage, will not be forgotten

• Comments and photos: ask questions and agree on things without separate WhatsApp groups
