• Multi-step routines: combine practices into one session, use free templates and resume where you stopped. Saving custom routines requires Premium.
• Share routines by link or QR. Recipients can preview and Start now for free, or Keep my own copy with Premium. Access rules for individual practices still apply.
• Practice schedule: choose a practice, time and date; receive reminders once, daily or weekly.
• Find scriptures with or without Latin accents, by Pali name or alias. Filter by type and tradition.
• My Practice: pin favorites to Home — 1 pin free, 8 with Premium.
• How much time do you have today? Choose 3, 5, 10 or 20 minutes to recite, meditate or read.
• Easier to use: Simple mode shows 3 large Home buttons; reduced motion is also available.
• Vietnamese lunar observances: today's lunar date appears on the Vietnamese Home screen; 14 observance types include new/full moon days, Tết, Vesak, Vu Lan and devotional days. Add family death anniversaries with advance reminders.

Sutra Reader now remembers where you stopped and brings bookmarks, favorites, and recently opened texts together. The Continue card on Home helps you return to an unfinished practice or reading, even after reopening the app. You can set an optional weekly practice goal. Mala beads, the prayer wheel, and bells move more smoothly; practice names now follow your selected language. This update also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-19

Continue reading from the paragraph where you left off, and keep texts close with bookmarks, favorites, and Recently opened.
Set an optional weekly practice goal and see your progress on Home.
Completed reading sessions now count toward your practice time.
We also refined instrument motion and the confirmation shown when a practice is already in progress.
