-  접수 현황 조회 및 해피콜 : 접수한 요청의 진행 상태를 실시간으로 확인하고 고객 만족도 평가 가능
- 고객센터 전화 연결 : 앱에서 고객센터로 바로 연결 지원

본 앱은 LS엠트론 사출 고객 전용 서비스앱이며, 
정식 계정을 발급받은 고객만 로그인하여 이용할 수 있습니다.
